Dan Kitchens at Badwater, Death Valley; at -282 feet below sea level, Badwater is the place with the lowest elevation in North America. This long channel of geometric salt crystal formations is a white scar across the center of Death Valley. The salt crystals are quite sharp, and laying down like this must be done with care!
